Tiffany Coco is an LCSW in Arizona with 18 years of social work experience, In transplant for over 10 years, specializing in living donor, lung, heart, LVAD, and VCA. Now a Social Work Education Specialist. She is also involved in several professional organizations including AST (American Society for Transplant). She is the social media chair for STSW and a member of many other organizations. Tiffany is on a crusade to elevate the field of social work. 

Kristin Malaer, an LCSW from Texas with 15 years of experience in social work. For the past nine years, Kristin has specialized as a heart transplant and LVAD social worker, advocating for patients facing heart failure. She's also deeply involved in professional organizations, serving as Committee Co-Chair for Social Workers in ICCAC and LVAD Social Work Committee Chair for STSW. Kristin is passionate about promoting trauma-informed care and ensuring social work has a seat at the table in healthcare.
