Guided by the insightful works of bell hooks, Angela approaches her transformative work with incarcerated girls and their families with love and curiosity as her foundation. Her journey as a multifaceted professional encompasses various roles, each instrumental in empowering those she serves. As a mentor and advocate, Angela embraces trauma-informed and liberatory praxis, drawing from her own lived experiences to create safe and supportive environments for the young individuals she works with.
