Show Notes

On this episode of The Social Work Bubble Podcast, we are joined by Danielle Branche-Brown, LMFT & Branches of Life founder, to get into how fellow therapists & social workers can heal perfectionism and codependency. Danielle also challenges listeners to leave self-neglect and the cycle of shame behind for a better & more fulfilling life!

Danielle Branche-Brown is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist based out of Baltimore, MD. After working in the nonprofit world, Danielle opened her group practice, Branches of Life Therapy, LLC in 2016. Danielle has helped people navigate through life in more fulfilling ways.

She aspires to teach people how to be in relationships with their mothers and fathers. She supported couples by giving them tools they need to be the husbands and wives they want to be, not the ones their parents were. Danielle is now aligning herself with helping other mental health professionals and clinicians step into their spotlight through challenging their ideas of perfectionism, imposter syndrome, self limiting beliefs, and anxiety.

Danielle offers a multitude of different workshops and groups that will help both communities and clinicians build self-awareness, accountability, and help unlearn negative stigmas in a safe, encouraging, and supported space.
